I am a Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Swarthmore College. I received my Ph.D. in Philosophy of Religion from Harvard University. My research focuses on Classical Indian philosophy, particularly philosophical debates in epistemology and philosophy of religion. I am especially interested in how Buddhist and Brahmanical philosophers in premodern India address questions about the nature of knowledge, doubt, testimony, and the relationship between knowledge and rational action. My work also brings Classical Indian philosophy into conversation with contemporary analytic philosophy. My curriculum vitae is available here. |
